Delete your data
How to ask
- Email ezpeasy.ai@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Perimeter data.
- Send it from the email address you sign in to Perimeter with. If you cannot, include that address in the email.
- We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address and profile picture link.
- Sign-in sessions and tokens, including the IP address and device details stored with them.
- The status record for each of your phones.
Nothing is kept after deletion. You disappear from your employer's Perimeter dashboard.
Before you ask
- Deletion does not remove the app from your phone. If you sign in again, a new account and status record are created.
- Your employer's settings (office area and blocked apps) belong to your employer and are not affected.
- Your employer can also ask us to delete data for all of its staff.
